Periodically, other auditors help our firm on an as-needed basis. We have access to 10-12 quality examiners at any given time to be able to accommodate any size project.
Our typical review team consists of 3-6 people. We have had teams as large as 12 at some of our larger clients or on time-constrained due diligence projects. It is our firm belief that the smaller we can keep the team at your bank, the more we can manage the quality of the finished product. Smaller teams also tend to seem less intrusive to the client's working environment. The required number of people for a credit review is determined by two factors: the number of loan relationships being reviewed and the on-site time allowed for review.
